We begin the Volleyball Skills Showdown: All-Star Spiking challenge here on NCAA Season 96! Former players from each school get the chance to play once more for their alma mater. In this episode we have SBU's Cherry Mae Quizon, CSB's Marites Pablo, UPHSD's Aurora Bianca Tripoli, and JRU's Angela Bondoc.

Meanwhile, in the NCAA Studio of Champions, we continue to get to know more about the Pinoy athletes who gave pride for the country in international tournaments: Philippine volleyball star and 2019 SEA games silver medalist Bryan Bagunas and 2019 SEA games gold medalist Mervin Guarte.
