टोक्यो ओलंपिक के पांचवें दिन भी भारत की झोली में दूसरा पदक नहीं आया, अब तक देश को केवल मीराबाई चानू ने रजत पदक दिलाया है, वही एक पदक भारत को मिला, PV Sindhu, Pooja Rani और Deepika Kumari ने अपने-अपने मुकाबले जीते और भारत के लिए पदक की उम्मीद बनाए रखी, बॉक्सर Pooja Rani क्वॉर्टरफाइनल में पहुंच गई हैं। शटलर PV Sindhu और आर्चर दीपिका कुमारी प्री क्वॉर्टर में कदम रख चुकी हैं, अब 29 जुलाई यानी टोक्यो ओलंपिक 2020 के छठे दिन भारत की ओर से मैदान पर Manu Bhaker, Mary Kom, पीवी सिंधू आदि पर नजरें होंगी।
