Car plows into bar terraces in Spanish resort town, wounding at least 10

At least 10 people were injured on Monday (July 19) in the Spanish resort town of Marbella when an out-of-control car rammed into several sidewalk bar terraces, said police who have ruled out any terrorism motive.
