Over 20 people were killed in two different incidents of wall collapse in Mumbai's Chembur and Vikhroli areas following heavy rains that lashed the city on Saturday night and on Sunday morning. PM Modi expressed his condolences and announced Rs 2 lakh for the kin of the deceased and Rs 50,000 for the injured. There is a red alert for heavy rain in Mumbai till tomorrow morning.
