UP ATS busted out a big terrorist conspiracy in Lucknow. Two terrorists named Riyaz and Siraj, associated with Al Qaeda, have been arrested. According to ATS terrorists were being given the command to both from the Pakistan-Afghanistan border and are in planned to do serial blasts in several cities of UP including Lucknow. Watch video.
