Why UP Panchayat elections could not held without violence?

With the Uttar Pradesh Block Pramukh Elections scheduled for this weekend, widespread violence was reported from several districts, including Siddharthnagar, Sitapur, Gorakhpur, Sambhal during the filing of nomination of papers. The "Khela Hobe" which created a furor in West Bengal is now visible before the UP assembly elections too. Political equations are being set and the game of violence has been started in the midst of all this. After Bengal, bullets, and explosions are now being heard on the streets of UP, which are raising the question of whether elections cannot be held without violence. Watch this video.
