•INGREDIENTS•

3/4 kl Pork Belly
11/2 cup Coke
Garlic
Spring Onion
Ginger
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
bay leaf

-Preheat pan ..put meat over medium heat -no need to put oil h

-Flip until golden brown
-Pour Coke ..ginger,. onion,.bay leaf,.salt pepper..soy sauce and 1 cup boiled water..stir and cover

-after 15-20 mins add oyster stir & cover
cook until sauce will thickens

then cut small chunks
serve with sauce
