BUTTER CHICKEN

boneless chicken 500 gms
ginger garlic paste 1-1 tbsp
salt as per taste
red chilli powder 2 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
coriander powder – 1 tsp
lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
curd - half cup
food colour
onions - 2 nos. long cut
dry red chillies - 4 nos.
cashewnuts - 7-8
green cardammon - 2 nos.
tomato - 2 nos.
oil
butter
kasuri methi 1 tsp
fresh cream 4-5 tbsp
black cardamon – 1
cinnamon stick - 2

METHOD:
-Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder ,lemon juice, garam masala powder and curd.
-marinate it for half an hour
-put oil in a pan. Put onions, dry red chilli , cashewnuts and tomato and green cardamon.
-Saute it till onions is golden brown and tomato Is cook soft.
-mixture the onions masala in a fine puree
-grill the chicken in another pan.
-Now in pan put butter and oil
-fry whole spices, ginger garlic paste..
-then dry masalas. then put mixture of puree.
-then add chicken.
Put kasuri methi and fresh cream.
