Delhi Chief Minister addressed the people of Delhi in a video. He announced that all markets are to be reopened while maintaining Covid norms. He claimed that the state is taking ample preparations to deal with the predicted third corona wave. Educational institutions, multiplexes, stadiums, sports complexes, etc are to remain closed. All gatherings related to festivals are prohibited.
