Markets in the capital city reopened on Monday after the two-day weekend shutdown in the state ended at 5 AM. The Odisha government has announced a 14 day-lockdown throughout the state from Wednesday (May 5) onwards, in order to break the chain of coronavirus. This 14-day lockdown will be in force till May 19.
