Odisha Health Director, Bijay Panigrahi on Thursday (April 22) stated that the state government will soon formulate a special Standard Operating Procedure (SoPs) for the third phase of vaccination. Under the third phase, everyone above the age of 18 years would be eligible to take vaccine from May 1st, 2021.
