Shocking details surfaced in the murder of Rama Devi Women’s University student Jharaphula Nayak as police said that it has cracked the case. On Thursday (April 22), Jajpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Rahul PR, revealed that Jharaphula was allegedly murdered for money. The SP said that the police have nabbed the third accused from Bhubaneswar identified as Shaktisekhar Swain, who had been absconding since the incident.
