Banking services across the country are likely to be affected today and tomorrow (March 16), due to a two-day pan India bank strike called by the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) which is an umbrella body of nine bank unions. More than 10 lakh bank employees are expected to take part in the strike against government’s recent announcement regarding the privatization of the banking sector. _____________________________________________________________
