Bagoong Padas (bolinao) Sawsawan Masarap at simpleng sawsawan for fried or grilled seafoods

Bagoong is a Philippine condiment partially or completely made of either fermented fish (bagoong isda) or krill or shrimp paste (bagoong alamang) with salt. The fermentation process also produces fish sauce known as patís. Padas is a type of fish also known as rabbitfish.
We added some fresh tomatoes, lime or vinegar to make sauces for fried or grilled seafoods.

Kaya tara at tayo'y gumawa ng "bagoong padas sawsawan" dito lamang po sa Ang Simpleng Lutuin!
