A big revelation has come to fore in the Nayagarh minor girl murder case. Responding to an RTI plea filed by activist Hemant Panda, the Orissa High Court Public Relations Officer revealed that the High Court has not received any letter from the state government for appointment of a sitting judge to monitor the probe by the Special Investigation Team (SIT).
