Yogi Government Seeks Cancellation of Bail of Anti-CAA Protesters

UP government moved to local court in Lucknow, seeking to cancel the bail of three anti-CAA protestors accused of vandalism during the protest against the Amended Citizenship Act in December 19, 2019.
Sessions Judge issued summons to Congress leader and activist Sadaf Jafar, Stage Artist Deepak Kabir and Mohammad Shoaib Advocate, President Rihai Manch.The court listed the matter for next hearing on 05 September, 2020.
