Olympic-bound Indian wrestler Sumit Malik has been provisionally suspended after failing a dope test during the recent Qualifiers in Bulgaria, a major embarrassment for the country with just weeks left for the Games in Tokyo.It marks the second consecutive instance of a wrestler being caught in dope test before the Olympics.

टोक्यो ओलंपिक 2020 शुरू होने में अब 50 दिन से भ कम समय बचा हुआ है, इस बीच गुरुवार को जहां खेल मंत्री किरण रिजिजू ने भारतीय दल की आधिकारिक जर्सी लॉन्च की तो वहीं आईओए के अध्यक्ष नरेंद्र बत्रा ने टोक्यो ओलंपिक के लिये भेजे जाने वाले भारतीय दल को लेकर जानकारी दी कि इसमें करीब 190 सदस्य शामिल हो सकते हैं, जिसमें 100 से ज्यादा खिलाड़ी और बाकी का सपोर्टिंग स्टाफ शामिल होगा।टोक्यो ओलंपिक में भारतीय दल के रवाना होने से पहले भारतीय कुश्ती को बड़ा झटका लगा है, पहलवान सुमित मलिक अपने डोप परीक्षण में फेल हो गए हैं।
