Fugitive diamond trader Mehul Choksi, who was arrested on May 23 in Dominica for alleged illegal entry into the country, was denied bail during a hearing on Wednesday. Mehul Choksi filed an application challenging his arrest and charges of ‘illegal entry’ into Dominica.The High Court will continue to hear the ‘illegal entry’ case. While Choksi’s side is pushing for continuation, the judge may deliver the order today. Watch the video.
