Aryan Khan, along with seven other accused, has been sent to judicial custody. The court has not extended NCB custody for Aryan Khan. The case has been sent to the sessions court.As the accused cannot be sent to jail due to lack of a negative Covid test report, they will stay the night at the NCB office.
