It’s going to be a dark and cold winter. Eskom is implementing stage two load-shedding from 10 this morning until until 10 o'clock on Friday night. Further generating units at the Arnot and Majuba power stations have broken down. The utility says it’s been using diesel to avoid day-time load-shedding over the past few days. Courtesy #DStv403
