Eskom to implement stage 2 load-shedding

Eskom has implemented stage 2 load-shedding from 10 o'clock tonight until 5am. This will be in place for the next two nights. Eskom spokesperson,Sikonathi Mantshantsha, has more on this. Courtesy #DStv403
