How to Cook Sponge gourd Peanut Curry

* Heat oil in a kadai, add the cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped onion and tomato.
* Add the Sponge gourd pieces and stir them for a while.
* Add salt to the vegetables, close the kadai and cook in medium flame until they get well cooked.
* Before putting off the stove, add the ground peanuts to the cooked Sponge gourd curry and toss gently until they get well mixed.


Ingredients:


2 cups - Sponge gourd pieces
1/4 tsp - Cumin seed
1/4 tsp - Asafoetida
1 pc - Onion
1 pc - Tomato
1/4 cup - Ground peanuts
Salt

Oil
