After 20 people were given a mixed shot of Covishield and Covaxin in Uttar Pradesh's Siddharthnagar district, the Chief health officer ordered a crackdown on the negligent officers at the primary health center in the district. The negligence of doctors and the health department has now sparked a debate over the use of a cocktail of vaccines for treating Covid-19.
