Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia, in a series of tweets, on Monday hit out at the Centre for not allotting the required amount of anti-Covid-19 vaccines to the city. Sisodia said that the Delhi government had asked for 1.34 crore vaccines in April, but the Centre cleared only 3.5 lakh of those for Delhi in May.

In a tweet, Delhi deputy chief minister said: “Delhi had in April given orders for 1.34 crore vaccines, and Centre said Delhi will get only 3.5 lakh in May.”

The BJP is practising politics of lies and falsely accusing the Delhi government of ordering 5.5 lakh vaccine doses only, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sisodia said.
