India has reported 2,22,315 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours. As many as 3,02,544 people were discharged in the same duration. 4,454 deaths have also been reported in the last 24 hrs, taking the overall toll to 3,03,720. Currently, the country has 27,20,716 active cases. Till now, 19,60,51,962 people have been vaccinated. 19,28,127 samples have been tested till May 23.
