India on Saturday registered the biggest daily spike of over 2.34 lakh Covid-19 cases as several states continue to struggle with a shortage of hospital beds. The country also recorded a total of 1,341 coronavirus-related deaths in the last 24 hours. The fresh number of daily Covid-19 spike of over 2 lakh infections for the third consecutive day has pushed the caseload to over 1.45 crore, according to the Union health ministry.
