Shatak: Rising cases of Black Fungus become cause of concern

Rising cases of Black Fungus or Mucormycosis become a cause of concern, at least 13 states declare the disease as an epidemic. The Centre asks states to work on prevention and control of infection. Mucormycosis cases and deaths are spiking in several states. Nation-wide data of black fungus is now 8,848 and more than 200 people have lost their lives due to it across the country.
