As Delta plus variant is now a cause of concern. Maharashtra has recorded over 20 new cases of the mutated virus in seven districts. After the decline in Covid cases, the state has also recorded a sudden surge in Covid cases. CM Uddhav Thackeray directed DM of seven districts to make a plan to tackle the new variant.
