Load-shedding likely through winter

It looks like it's going to be a dark winter. Eskom says load-shedding will probably continue in the evenings - that's 5pm to 10pm - for the next few months. Eskom spokesperson, Sikonathi Mantshantsha, speaks more on this. Courtesy #DStv403
