Australian Opposition leader says PM is trying to shift responsibility

The Prime Minister is in Western Australia where he's met the Perth based National President of the Australian Medical Association and a group of GPS to discuss the COVID-19 vaccination program. Australian Opposition leader, Anthony Albanese, says Scott Morrison is trying to shift responsibility onto other leaders.
