‘Corona Curfew’ imposed in Bhopal

In an effort to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, Madhya Pradesh government imposed a ‘Corona Curfew’ starting from April 13. The curfew will remain in force from April 13 to 19 till 6 am. Inter-state movement for essential services is allowed. Shops related to essential items are allowed to open. Earlier during the meeting, state Chief Minister Shivraj Chouhan has ruled out the possibility of complete lockdown. Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh had 5,438 active cases of Covid-19 as of April 12.
