India reports 1,26,789 fresh Covid-19 cases in record spike

India reports 1,26,789 new Covid-19 cases in 24 hours in yet another record spike since the pandemic began. With this, India's total number of cases stand at 1,29,28,574. In the past 24 hours, India has also recorded 59,258 discharges and 685 deaths, as per the Union Health Ministry.
