Bosses barred from post-work calls in landmark agreement

Staff from Victoria Police have negotiated a clause in their workplace agreement that means they can't be contacted by work outside official hours. It's called the 'right to disconnect'. Professor Emmanuel Josserand, from the Centre for Business and Social Innovation at UTS, says this arrangement is necessary now that the boundaries between work and home are blurred.
