Guan Eng questions Tuan Ibrahim over snub from climate summit

US President Joe Biden's decision to exclude Malaysia from the Climate Action Summit was an indictment of Putrajaya's policy on accepting plastic waste from other countries, charged DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
He said unlike the Pakatan Harapan administration which actively repatriated plastic waste imports, Environment and Water Minister Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man has so far been receptive to "clean" plastic waste.
