while you purchase online in ksa, make sure to check the review of seller, i brought many products in noon.com even they accepted returns if products defective or missing items, but it's waste of your time, as i need power bank immediately for travel so i didn't return it & they too won't accept after 7 days of purchase! that's why i'm dissatisfied with this product.
