होली का त्‍योहार सद्भावना से रंग खेलने का त्‍योहार माना जाता है। इस दिन लोग अबीर और गुलाल से रंग खेलना पसंद करते हैं और प्‍यार से होली मनाते हैं। लेकिन कुछ लोग ऐसे भी होते हैं कि जो होली के त्‍योहार से दूर भागते हैं। रंगों के नाम वे घबराने लगते हैं। वैसे तो पौराणिक मान्‍यताओं वाला यह त्‍योहार बहुत ही खूबसूरत और रंगों से सजा हुआ है, लेकिन कुछ लोग रंगों की आड़ में खराब रासायनों का प्रयोग करके मजा किरकिरा कर देते हैं। लेकिन अगर यही त्‍योहार अच्‍छी भावना के साथ अबीर और गुलाल से खेला जाए तो इसके बहुत से फायदे हैं। अगर आप भी इन फायदों को जान जाएंगे तो होली को कभी भी न नहीं बोलेंगे।
