A trip to the moon is also on Thulam Saravanan's list of promises. Thulam Saravanan is an independent candidate contesting the April 6 Tamil Nadu election from the Madurai South constituency. His manifesto and its outlandish promises have certainly grabbed attention in the constituency where there are 13 more candidates.

तमिलनाडु के मदुरै विधानसभा क्षेत्र से चुनाव लड़ रहे निर्दलीय उम्मीदवार थुलम सरवनन ने अपने क्षेत्र के हर घर के लिए एक मिनी हेलीकॉप्टर, सबके लिए फ्री आईफोन, एक करोड़ रुपये सालाना डिपोजिट, शादियों में सोने के जेवरात, तीन मंजिला घर देने का वादा किया है. यही नहीं सरवनन ने अपने चुनावी घोषणापत्र में मतदाताओं को चांद पर सफर कराने तक का वादा कर दिया है.
