The Uttar Pradesh government will now give permission to run schools with pre-primary classes only if they get the due recognition from the government. For this, the government is going to set the rules of recognition. The UP government has decided that pre-primary education will be started in 1 lakh 80 thousand government Anganwadi centers in the state. In common parlance, they are known as Play Schools.

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार अब प्री- प्राइमरी कक्षाओं वाले स्कूलों को चलाने की परमिशन तभी देगी जब वो सरकार से इसके लिए बकायदा मान्यता प्राप्त कर लेंगे. इसके लिए सरकार मान्यता के नियम तय करने जा रही है. यूपी सरकार ने तय किया है कि प्रदेश में 1 लाख 80 हजार सरकारी आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में प्री- प्राइमरी शिक्षा की शुरुआत की जाएगी. आम बोलचाल की भाषा में इन्हें प्ले स्कूल के नाम से जाना जाता है.
