Team India all-rounder Hardik Pandya has once again proved why his presence in the squad strengthens India's batting as well as bowling line-up. India in the series decider defeated England by 36 runs and clinched the series by 3-2 at the Narendra Modi cricket stadium on March 20. Apart from skipper Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma's explosive fifty, the contribution from Suryakumar Yadav and Hardik Pandya helped Team India to score 224 runs for the loss of 2 wickets. Hardik Pandya was promoted up the border and this move worked as the all-rounder finished India's innings on a high note.



भारत चेज करते हुए मैच जीत तो जाता है. पर जब बात टार्गेट सेट करने की हो. तो वहां पर भारत मात खा जाता है. ये अब तक चलता आ रहा था. पर कोहली सेना ने इसे गलत साबित कर दिया. भारत ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए दो मुकाबले अपने नाम किये. और आलोचना करने वालों के गाल पर जोरदार तमाचा मारा है. इतना ही नहीं, पहला मैच हारने के बाद भारत ने सीरिज में जबरदस्त वापसी और जीती भी. टार्गेट सेट करने को लेकर जहाँ तक बात है. तो भारत ने चौथे और पांचवें मुकाबले में लाजवाब बल्लेबाजी की. कोहली, सूर्यकुमार यादव और रोहित शर्मा ने जिम्मेदारी उठाते हुए विस्फोटक अंदाज में बल्लेबाजी. भारत को मैच जिताने में अहम भूमिका निभाई. जबकि आखिरी मुकाबले में स्टार ऑलराउंडर हार्दिक पांड्या ने भी बहती गंगा में हाथ धोये. पांड्या ने 17 गेंदों में 39 रनों की पारी खेली. जिसमें 4 चौके और दो छक्के उन्होंने लगाए.
