BJP workers across West Bengal continued their rage over the party's candidate selection as many staged demonstrations outside the saffron camp's election earlier this week. According to a report by PTI, activists vandalised party offices, harassed central leaders and blocked roads by burning tyres in several places.

Demonstrations outside the BJP's election office and other parts of the state have been underway since Sunday evening, after the announcement of the party's second list of 63 candidates for the third and fourth phase of elections in West Bengal.
