The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has now taken a tough stand regarding the illegal occupation of all religious places built along the road. The State Home Department on Thursday directed all the Mandalayuktas and District Magistrates in this regard that encroachments in the name of religious places should be removed. Along with this, orders have also been given that at the scheduled time, the government should be made aware of how many religious places built by encroachment have been removed.

उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने सड़क किनारे बने सभी धार्मिक स्थलों के नाम पर अवैध कब्जा को लेकर अब सख्त रुख अख्तियार कर लिया है. प्रदेश के गृह विभाग ने आज गुरुवार को इस संबंध में सभी मंडलायुक्तों और जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि धार्मिक स्थलों के नाम पर किए गए अतिक्रमण हटाए जाएं. इसके साथ ही ये भी आदेश दिए गए हैं कि तय समय पर शासन को इस बात से अवगत कराया जाए कि अतिक्रमण कर बने कितने धार्मिक स्थलों को हटाया गया है।
