After a terrible and deadly monster escapes the SCP Foundation, Inspector Arlia questions Doctor Daniels, the man responsible for keeping the creature locked up. At first, Daniels uses the interview to criticize and insult the powerful and mysterious Council 0-5. However, as Arlia continues to relate the horrific details of the breach, Daniels grows more fearful of the question everyone wants to know: How did this happen?
