Smoked Mac n Cheese Ingredients
12 oz. Large Elbow Macaroni
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 cup Sour Cream
6 - 8 Thick Cut Bacon slices (can use Turkey Bacon)
1/2 cup Panko
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Creole Seasoning
1/2 lb. Shredded Gouda Cheese
1/2 lb. Shredded Monterey Cheese
1 lb. Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Pre Heat your Smoker to 350* Fahrenheit

I used Kingsford Signature Hardwood Pellets. It's a blend of Cherry, Hickory, and Maple. Excellent flavor for your Side Dishes and Proteins.
