The Reserve Bank of India has banned another bank on Friday, the RBI has now banned the Deccan Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. of Karnataka from offering new loans or accepting deposits. With this, customers cannot withdraw more than 1,000 from their savings account. This instruction of RBI is for six months. The cooperative bank is also prohibited from taking any new investment or new liability without prior approval.
