Mackrel / Bangda curry

Ingredientes for masala :
Freshly grated coconut - ½ cup
Coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 5-6 pods
Ginger - ½ inch
curry leaves - 6-8
Coriander leaves -  ¼ cup
Tomato - 1
Onoin - 2
Salt - ½ teaspoon

Ingredientes for cooking gravy:
Cumin seeds -1 teaspoon
Asafoetida -  ¼ teaspoon
Green chillies - 2-4
Mackrel - 3-4 cleaned n washed
lemon juice n salt for marination
Raw mango or Tamarind or Kokam - 4-6 pieces
Tirfal - 5-6
Coriander leaves - few strands
