Sesame burfi / तिळाच्या वड्या/ तिल की बर्फी

Sesame and Jaggery butfi is a very healthy and nutritious recipe prepared during winters all across India. Its a different and soft version of til gud ki chikki / tilachi chikki. For chikki we need to prepare jaggery pak or syrup but for burfi we just cook the jaggery till it achieves a slight sticky consistency which makes the burfi soft. As we all know Sesame seeds are loaded with nutrition that makes it a must-have in our winter diet.
