ఏపీలో పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలను 2019 ఓటర్ల జాబితాతో ఎలా నిర్వహిస్తారని ప్రశ్నిస్తూ దాఖలైన రెండు పిటిషన్లను విచారించిన హైకోర్టు వాటిని కొట్టేసింది. 2019 ఓటర్ల జాబితాతో ఈ ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించడం వల్ల 3.6 కోట్ల మంది అర్హులైన ఓటర్లు ఓటు హక్కు కోల్పోతున్నట్లు పిటిషనర్లు హైకోర్టు దృష్టికి తెచ్చారు. అయితే పిటిషనర్ల వాదనపై ఇప్పుడు ఎలాంటి ఆదేశాలు ఇవ్వలేమని హైకోర్టు తెలిపింది.
