Alton Brown’s home cooking tips and how he learned to share the kitchen
  • 3 years ago
Alton Brown, the creator and host behind Food Network’s “Good Eats,” which you can now watch in its new format "Good Eats: Reloaded” on the Cooking Channel, invites Salon’s Ashlie D. Stevens into his kitchen to talk quarantine cooking, pantry staples and all things grilling. Brown also opens up about his new livestream series, "Quarantine Quitchen," an unscripted show about cooking dinner that he started with his wife, Elizabeth Ingram.

Watch the episode above to hear more about how social distancing has opened Brown’s mind on cooking meals at home—in particular, who gets to cook it and what spices go into the pot.
