Cold wave continues in North India including Delhi NCR. After dense fog, the winds coming from the Himalayas have increased the melting in North India including Delhi-NCR. Cold weather is increasing in North India due to cold wave. The minimum temperature in Delhi today was recorded at 10 degrees Celsius.
