After the outbreak of bird flu in five states of the country, the central government has alerted all the states to stop its spread. After the confirmation of bird flu in the neighboring state of Madhya Pradesh, the Maharashtra government has increased surveillance. Animal Husbandry Minister of Maharashtra Government Sunil Kedar has said that the Maharashtra Government is on alert about the bird flu virus. Sunil Kedar said that 10 to 12 birds have died in Thane as well. Samples of bodies have been sent for examination and bird flu has not been confirmed

देश के पांच राज्यों में बर्ड फ्लू फैलने के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने सभी राज्यों को इसके प्रसार को रोकने के लिए सतर्क कर दिया है. पड़ोसी राज्य मध्य प्रदेश में बर्ड फ्लू की पुष्टि होने के बाद महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने निगरानी बढ़ दी है. महाराष्ट्र सरकार के पशुपालन मंत्री सुनील केदार ने कहा है कि महाराष्ट्र सरकार बर्ड फ्लू वायरस को लेकर अलर्ट पर है. सुनील केदार ने कहा कि ठाणे में भी 10 से 12 पक्षियों की मौत हुई है। शवों के नमूनों को जांच के लिए भेजा गया है और बर्ड फ्लू की पुष्टि नहीं हुई है
